The Project

A modern apartment in Koropi defined by neutral tones, refined contrasts and carefully integrated lighting, balancing minimal clarity with a quiet sense of luxury.

The interior is organised around a restrained palette of warm greys, soft whites, natural timber and subtly veined stone. Clean architectural lines and custom-built elements create visual continuity between the living areas, kitchen, bedrooms and private spaces.

Layered lighting gives depth to the neutral composition: concealed linear light, slim pendants and illuminated joinery highlight texture without visual excess. Integrated storage, precise detailing and carefully controlled contrasts allow the apartment to feel calm, functional and quietly luxurious.
