The Project

A complete renovation of an existing 1,000 m² villa in Voula, with a bespoke design developed around the client and carried through every living, leisure and wellness space. The project is currently in progress.

The project transforms an existing 1,000 m² residence through a complete architectural and interior renovation. Every space — from the everyday living areas and private suites to the entertainment and wellness rooms — is individually designed around the client's habits, needs and personality, creating a home that feels entirely personal.

Alongside this calm architectural framework, a series of highly individual destinations gives the house its expressive character: a private cinema, a fully equipped podcast and content studio, a Moulin Rouge-inspired bar and suite, a gym and a cocooning spa. Each room has its own identity, yet lighting, custom joinery and material precision keep the experience coherent.

Thematic Interiors

One residence, a collection of immersive worlds.

Beyond the calm Mediterranean heart of the villa, entertainment and wellness spaces are treated as complete spatial identities. The cinema uses a monochromatic, acoustically soft palette and continuous light lines to create focus and immersion.

The podcast studio is designed as both a working room and a visual set, while the Moulin Rouge bar and suite shift deliberately into theatrical red velvet, black timber, illuminated arches and polished stone. The gym and spa return to a quieter language of curved plaster, warm indirect light and tactile ivory surfaces.
